I have recently returned from a 3-day, 50-mile trek through the mountains with my buddy Andrew. Our path took us through some of the most beautiful terrain I have ever seen in my life. That is not an exaggeration. There were huge snowy peaks, cable bridges over deep canyons, wide tiered waterfalls, tall skinny waterfalls, grassy river valleys, scree fields, intensely mossy forests, semi-tropical scrubland... such amazing variation, and all of it was gorgeous. A blog doesn't lend itself well to long narrations or big pictures, so I have created a new page on my website to describe my trip.http://dustin.lutomski.googlepages.com/routeburntrack
If you'd just like to look at the pictures, you can check out the Picasa web album HERE.

Holy Macaroni Batman. What is that big ominous peak, and why aren't we climbing that?
